This place has a fantastic location, around a 10-15 minute walk from the city museum, and it's only 20 km away from the airport.

The property was clean with attentive and caring staff. Excellent service, even though a few employees were a little rude. I enjoyed staying at this hotel, and recommend.

This hotel seems to have ventilation problems. I did not like the smell in the lobby from the breakfas cooking.

This place comes highly recommended for an exceptional stay, especially during the Christmas season.

Location near to especially the old church on the hill for Midnight Mass on Christmas eve, and a train ride to Strasbourg, France, great shops and almost all turistic attractions and the hill. Nearby Monte Christo Tapas Bar - great place to chill out...

the location was magnificent, within a close distance from a beautiful park. Got a well-organised and reasonably large standard king room with a pleasant balcony when I arrived, greatly enjoyed that. 3. Actually, everything was fine; my next choice again in Baden-Baden.

Possibly a bit expensive for the level of service, but this hotel is central in a popular tourist town. Please note, there is another Deutscher Kaiser Hotel further out of the centre of the town.

Convenient location, minutes from attractions and bus station. Friendly staff, comfy beds, clean rooms. Delicious breakfast options. Affordable option in an expensive area.

The hotel is located in the town centre, within walking distance of Leopoldplatz bus stop, the casino and the restaurants. The rooms are of a good size and well furnished. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel staff were very accomodating, even providing us with breakfast earlier than usual as we had an early morning flight.

Although the hotel has free wi-fi, the signal did not reach our room.

The owners were very helpful, the location near the town centre is perfect. Plenty of good eateries near by in the towm centre. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was very good and although their is no parking at the hotel, the nearby underground car park is close by and not as expensive as I had expected. 2 nights and 1 day cost 24 Euros! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would use it again if we travel through Germany again.
